The composers consciously avoid using any stimulating melodies or percussion.

They concentrate on creating a peaceful atmosphere which supports the transition into a meditative state.

By using gentle pulsating sounds that slowly open up and develop tone by tone, the listener is embraced by the flow of the music.

This helps to achieve a deep state of relaxation that provides the ideal basis for healing and becoming whole.
